NetSysCare can integrate with your ticketing system for auto notification and ticket creation by sending a command that will automatically create tickets for any predicted incident and will also close the ticket upon completion of performing auto healing recovery script. Stakeholders will be notified upon ticket created and closure hence will know if auto healing script is executed or physical engineer is dispatched.
